Even if you have not intentionally tanned, your skin color has darkened. If you’re over thirty, some color irregularities are beginning as well. This is the time to set things straight and undo the damage. Here is what you have to do.
- Stay out of the sun and cover with sunblock of least SPF 30, there is little to be gained from the thicker and grittier higher SPF formulas.
- After three weeks you will have shed most of the superficial cells damaged by the sun. Prepare your skin by using an antioxidant serum and start a series of professional skin peels. Three sessions will do it. Your skin will very soon return to an even, unblemished, texture.
- Continue the use of antioxidant serum on a daily basis. This is the best way we know of to reverse sun damage to the skin cells and help keep your skin healthy and beautiful.
